Historical ice cream maker from the small medieval village of Moret-sur-Loing in Seine et Marne, Mille & Une Glaces has become in a few years, the essential ice cream parlor in its region... In 2018, it is writing a new page in its history, by creating "l'Atelier", now renamed "l'Atelier Demÿka". Behind this original brand with a committed and assertive identity, two friends and accomplices, Mei Yin and Michaël, both driven by an ambition: to offer authentic artisanal and natural ice creams with a "taste of the real"
