RUSSIAN CHAPEL
The Schneider electrical equipment factory, built in 1901 in Champagne-sur-Seine, attracted a Russian community fleeing the revolution that then formed in association and decided to build a place of worship.
This small church was built between 1938 and 1939.
It was consecrated on September 24, 1939 and dedicated to "Our Lady of All Protections".
Property of the city of Champagne-sur-Seine, the church became a place of memory and labeled Heritage of Regional Interest, opens once a month to the public to allow the discovery of this rare and precious and offer documentation on the urbanization of the city and the history of the factory.
